Lou Spisto is a producer involved on Broadway and London’s West End and has led some of the most recognizable artistic organizations in the United States. As a creative leader, Lou is committed to engaging and entertaining today’s audiences with captivating treatments of timeless stories. Recent projects include the current Broadway revivals of Kaufman and Hart’s Pulitzer Prize winning play YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU starring James Earl Jones and Rose Byrne and LOVE LETTERS with a rotating cast that included Mia Farrow, Carole Burnett, Candice Bergen, Alan Alda, Brian Dennehy, and Stacey Keach. He has represented on Broadway recently with the critically acclaimed hit revival of THE GLASS MENAGERIE directed by John Tiffany, and the musicals ROCKY and BIG FISH. His Broadway credits also include several productions transferred from the regional arena. On London’s West End, he has co-produced (with Barbara Broccoli) Strangers On A Train, which had a highly successful run at the Gielgud Theater and planned for Broadway. Lou led San Diego’s Old Globe Theater as Executive Director/Producer for nearly a decade.
