Assist camera or light crew during a greenscreen film shoot at NMI. You’ll assist with setting up lights, camera and greenscreen equipment, and lunch for the crew. Once things are set-up, you might be asked to standby a camera and turn it on/off for each take; or assist with repositioning lights in between takes; or turn sound cues on/off, etc.
Set-up begins at 9:00am, and typically ends by 4:00pm. (Yes, we know, that’s mathematically longer than the 4 hours we allow you to claim towards volunteer hours…but we give only four hours per semester, and it’s a 6-7 shift.)
